aluminum air box/bat box

hello i have 2 aluminum air/bat boxs for sale or trade they are made of .09 6063t5 aluminum heliarc welded and replace the air box on a 400ex only and relocate the bat inside the box along with all the electronics except the regulator, all mounting hardware included sell for a 100.00 or trade for parts of value,can email pics and install info on request thx!:D

hello if anyone does a search on my posts under kawsam62 they can find pics under the various threads on trading parts for air boxs ! when they enable pics again ill post them here and i can make more on a custom basis i have a welder at my house and i get the aluminum from work, i had made 10 at one time and theres one left before ill start over and i think this time ill just make them when anyone wants to trade or buy, only take a couple hours to make from scratch thx for the interest

Sounds like you have alot of talent, if he really wants the airbox real bad, you could have him ship you the stock one, then go from there, but Im sure its way easier to 10 400ex aitboxes at one time. Maybe just charge more for custom jobs.

If he wants it bad enough, you could have him send you the stock one. I know its way easier to make 10 400ex airboxes than to make a custom 250x one. Maybe just charge more for those applications, these aftermarket companies are charging alot for these things.

I see. All I was saying is he could send you the stock airbox and you could build it the same as the stock box.

Also would you be interested in doing a group buy on 400 ex boxes, Im sure me and three of my friends would be good for it, then get some more people on here, we could get about 10 people or so.
