i am thinking about buying a crf150 dirtbike are they good bikes? how fast are they and do they handle good

i wouldint get one. i rode my friends crf150 then rode my friends yz85 an the 150 it feels lik a dog. i would rather get a fast 2 stroke

there made for 2 totally different things, if ur looking to have fun and ride and learn how to jump get the crf if ur gonna race get a 2 stroke mx bike

exactly the crf i think is more a beginer bike or for trails. but coming off your 400 is gona feel lika dogg:(

man dont get a crf, there was some squid guy this past week at the track wiht one, and all it is , is a XR wiht diffrent name, it was so slow, front forks bottomed out when he hit the brakes hard goin into a berm, it will def. be better to get liek a cr85, or cr100, or 125 is your bigg enough, be cuase if you get then crf, you will want more bike in about a month

There is no CR100...

The CRF150 is just a glorified XR100. Great for beginners and women and trail riders, but not for anyone with expierience or who wants to jump. They only have about 10HP, and may hit 60MPH tapped wide.

I'd take a close look at the 230F as well. They are superfun bikes and aren't to terribly slow. Electric start, more suspension and power make them nice trail bikes and can handle an occasional trip to the mx track.

To me there not a good bike...my cousin has one and behind his house house he has a little drag strip...my 85 will outrun it bad
