What Is needed for 39 FCR off 02 cr450f?

i'm using the 40mm carb off a 450f. Its a little modifycation to make it work, but I think the 39mm is a pretty good fit. You would have to get a cable if you are running a thumb throttle.

I thought the CRF 450R used a 40mm FCR and the YZ450F used a 39mm...can someone clear this up for me?

Doesn't this carb have a throttle position sensor on it? I could be wrong, but if it does, did you have to do anything with it?

One more thing, was it hard to get this carb to work properly on your 400?
