Breaking shock towers ???

I was wondering if anybody has ever broke a shock tower and how did you do it ??? If you have pics post them please:)

i broke the front shock towers on my z out at the mx track. just landing too hard. got a new frame from suzuki though

My friend and I are watching for chipping paint on his shock towers on his Z. That design is just asking for trouble. Had Suzuki integrated the towers into the frame rather than welding them onto the frame rails, it would not be such a problem. Honda's aren't bulletproof in that area either, but they are a bit less susceptible to breaking/cracking.
