i think you'll need to get different bushings

cause when my friend when to put stock c-dale shocks on his r he had to grind the bushings down, and an r has the same mounts as a 400ex

The bushings are wrong and the stroke is all wrong. Yes, they will fit (with some mods) but no it will not be right!
