Right now I'm running a slight bit lean around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. I"m running a 42 pilot right now. It's not really bad, in fact you can hardly notice it unless your in a wheelie trying to give it gas to level it. My question is should I go ahead and drop the needle one notch or would the air screw be better? Which way richens the air screw? I was thinking out but I'm not sure. Thanks.

raise the needle one notch. The air screw only controls idle to 1/8 throttle. Hope this helps ;)

So the air screw only works in relation with the pilot jet right?

the air skrew works with the pilot jet. try turning OUT the fuel skrew 1/2 a turn or so to richen the mixture. if this doesn't fix your problem, try the needle. i would just make adjustments to the skrew first since it is so much easier. with your mods, you may have to lower the clip anyways.
