Smoke!!!???

when i rev up my engine a bluish smoke comes out of my 1 month old 400ex
does anyone know what this is and if its bad

this is fairly common in 400ex's from what i see. if there is a lot of smoke, your probally in trouble. i have seen little amounts come out of 400ex's though. some people actually have problems with the honda oil burning more than others. i had this same problem, even when it was brand new. i switched to mobil 1 15w-50 and don't have any more probems. try switching oils and see if that helps.
