ok i'd bolted some 86 250r a arms on my 97 300ex bike.. and it seems that everytime i take it for a ride i have to tighten the bolts on the arms.. where it bolts to the frame.. if i dont, then they tend to slide out and cause a bump feelin when i turn the steering.. do i need to put in spacers between the a arms n the frame where the bolt goes thru? or has anybody else had this problem.. im sorta gettin tired of tighten the bolts up all the time and would appreciate any helpful advice..

is there a gap in the a arm and the frame where it mounts? Like where the bolt goes through is skinnier then the holders in the frame? If there are you should put some spacers in.

hey i went out n looked at it.. n yeh your correctly right.. quadmx18.. there is the space between the a arm and the frame where it bolts.. im going to get some washers the same size as the a arms bushings n put in there.. its going be a pain to take the a arms back off again.. but i gotta do it.. the guy i'd brought the a arms from.. my guess is.. he grinded the bushings down slightly to far.. since i can see they was grinded down.. hey thanks quadmx for the tip...
