any input on this would be appreciated. I'm thinking about putting this into my 400 ex. Its got a k&n, full yoshi, no airbox lid
it currently has a 155 mainjet, stock needle clip local, and a stock pilot

don't waste your money. just use the keihin jets. you can get more precise with the keihin jets as they go up in increments such as: 150, 152, 155, 158, 160 etc. the dynojets are more spread out. i would spend the money elsewhere.

with your mods, you could go up to a 42 pilot. while riding at night sometime, check your headers periodically to see of they glow. it may be a little lean on the pilot jet. also, with the mods you have, a 158 or 160 might suit you better. however, jetting is trial and error.
