What would be the best cam i could put in my 440EX, i know that the cam will help alot with the 440 kit but i need the right one
Thanks for the info
the easiest way to answer that question is to look over old posts on cams.
Since you asked here is the deal.
It depands a whole lot on how you ride or where you want your engine to make power.
Lets hear that answer and go from there.

I've heard only great things about the HRC cam. Kinda pricey, but helps out with the 440.

No matter which cam you choose there will be a big difference in performance across the board. Now without knowing exactly how that 440 us set up its hard to tell how much bottom you could loose from a longer duration etc but this is where it gets more tricky.
I have rode some 440's that were great, good and even a dog and most all the difference was in the set up of the deck heights, true compression and clearences etc.
The one that was in mine when I purchased it was far from right and the difference from then to now is night and day, and the only real change beyond the "set up" was a hot cam. Trust me that though the hot cam is a fine part the major improvement came from the correct "set up".
Let me know if you understand this or if I just confused things more etc.
