This is in response to the life changing injuries Jamie Brockman sustained at the Spring Creek round of the AMA Motocross Championship
-- Latest Update on Jamie's Progress --
Jamie is in good spirits. Since the accident last weekend he has undergone two operations. All going well Jamie is not expected to need any further surgery. However at this stage Jamie is completely immobilised and has neither the use of his legs or arms.
His parents have flown to America to be with Jamie but due to intubation he has not yet been able to talk to them. At the moment he is communicating by a letter-board where by he blinks when the right letter is selected to spell out words. Just before going in for his last operation Jamie spelt out 'Thumbs Up' to his parents. This is the sign of the spirit which has taken Jamie this far and it will serve him well as he struggles to come through this current ordeal.
