if you are talking about the light, which i think you are, how the heck do you get it off? i pulled every wire and i still can't get it:(

u could always buy my stock 88 250r hood and mount it on your 300...the light fits perfect into the slot. :devil: and the big connecter is right on the back of the light :confused2

u gotta unblot the two bolts that hold it to the mounts. then unhook the wires its not that hard.

i have a headlight gaurd on my 250x it didnt help much i still broke the lens for the light if i had a good picture i would post it but i dont i think it is a old dg headlight gaurd (it came with the quad i dont know what brand it is for sure)
