It's not worth dragging anyone's name through the mud any further. All I can say is the mishaps are not associated with me at all. I helped assemble the quad on one afternoon with only a limited number of parts. The problems with the quad occured when new parts arrived at a later date and were installed at that point. I've already discussed this with another party and it's been hashed out.

Yes, just to clarify - Guy400 had nothing to do with assembling the project quad. Any mistakes were made by me and me alone. Unfortunately, this was the first time I built a completely aftermarket quad from the ground up and I wasn't perfect like a couple of the people on here :D Leave Guy400 alone and turn it on me, because I don't care! :D
