what company should i sent out my rear shock out to get rebuilt. its getttin a lil tired. who is the cheepest and who can do the best job making it better then stock? how long will it take? ect..

about how much i want it set up for a 150 lb rider. but able to take alot of abuse fromt the jumps. but soft enough to ride rocky trails.
