Some 416ex kit ?'s FDO?

I saw a stock dyno on a 400ex putting out 25hp and wanted to know what could i expect to see with a hotcams stage 2 cam 416 je 10.8.1 piston kit and piped and jetted?(if anyone has a better setup suggestion im willing to hear it) I have read that people say about 35hp does this sound rigtht? Also i have heard of a engine builder fdo but can not find their website anyone know it?
