I think they are both the same....prm is made with excellence and with the racer in mind, but armadillo is made of .250 alluminum and heard they hold up to anything...

I just ordered a armadillo, becasue I didnt feel like paying 10$ more just for the PRM name...

I own the PRM grab bar and stands up to everything, even going over in 4th...

either way you cant go wrong, they both will stand up to anything...most people on this site will say prm becasue they had/have one...but I am telling you IMO there both great

i have a prm, i havent tried an armidillo though. i havent needed to try one, the prm is still holding its original form (from 2 years of abuse)even with the way i ride!

My PRM skid fit like crap. None of the holes lined up. But it is thick and made well.

i hava prm. it seems to be the strongest one i tried yet, although it is bent a little near chain and rotor. i think any skid will eventually bend. prm or armadillo will hold up the longest. either one is a good route.
