Heck yeah. I put one of those oil filters on my stock 400EX, and I was able to beat a alcohol banshee by 12 quad lengths in a drag race.

Just the oil filter alone, and I was able to clear a 90ft tabletop.

By upgrading the oil filter, my average lap time decreased from 2min 42sec to just 1min 12sec!!!

Performance my butt.

:blah:

Maybe it helps flow more oil quicker , giving you more lubrication, and a having the motor run cooler giving you an extra 10rwhp......
:huh :confused2

"Performance" upgrade :huh

I'm not sure I would want one. I like to be able to just throw out the old one and put in a fresh one and not have to worry about if I got it clean:ermm:

Hmmm, for like just over $5, I would think that would be worth it, who cares if they called it a preformance upgrade. What do you guys think about "IT" for real?

These really are a good investment, especially for that low of a price. I have seen them for around $50 each. in lots of industrial engines these types of filters are used, and they do just fine. I have also heard that the stainless filters do a better job.
