I need a 400ex as close to $3000 as possible. It can be scratched up but no breaks or tears and needs to run good and not have anything major wrong with it. I'll buy from eastern ohio to south carolina. I live in virginia. thanks... I will pay more if in good shape but can get decent one's around here for $3800..I'm just trying to save a few bucks.
