piston and boring about 160$, cams anywhere from 120$ to 300$, u can get porting, new carb and the list goes on and on... do a search on 416 theres about 30 ohter postes on this topic...

If you want more power, you should consider a stage kit. The idea is that you can graduate your power without getting rid of things you've already purchased. I have the stage one kit and love it. 400EX21 is right. You can do all kinds of things to your Motor. I would just get a TC or JE 416 Piston, TC or XR400 Cam, and then a 39mm FCR Carb. You will have a lot of Power with that Setup.
