Pro Taper bars

I'm looking at getting some pro tapers this winter. I'm wondering if the Pastrana bend is any good and what is it comparable to (like cr low , cr high etc...).

they look similar to cr double high, look up the dimensions of the bars and see what its similar, to on pro tapers site, or tags

i dont like tags they are justa rip off i like pro tapers more cause they are cheaper and have proven themselves..............;)

Hey how ya doin Im running the Pastrana Pro-Tapers and love them had renthals before but have a lot more control with the Pastranas, not as much sweep which puts a bit more weight forward and feels more aggresive.

How high are the bars compared to say cr lows?

i want the tag t2 bars for the look mostly:ermm:

pro tapers are more than tags. But i have the cr low bend and the universial mounts that raise the bars 3/4" and i like em alot.;)

really? they are a tad bit more than x-5's but cheaper than t-2's but have the same design and are stronger (my riding group has used both) and protaper seems better for the money.........:)

tad bit more???? well they run bout 140 for the bars and mounts.

REnthal Fat bars cost as much a 7/8 renthals-- i dont understand that???

renthal thats the biggest waste of cash rigth there,pro taper and i think magura make the best bars, but tags are good enough for me and i can get t 2 for 80 bucks so i will run em if i buy those style bars
