I jsut got some new Core 5 pants and jersey. The first time just washing them on the cold/gentle setting got em clean. I got some mud on em this time and that wasnt enough. Should I wash them with some regular liquid laundry soap or what? I dont wanna ruin them.

Thanks

I use regular laundry detergent and if they are really dirty I spry them with Shout and wash them and let them air dry. Not in a dryer.

we always clean off our stuff in the tub (in our laudry room) before putting them in the washer. So that way all the mudd is washed away and won't ruin our washer. Than we put the clothes on the lowest setting with Wisk stain remover deterg. and they come out nice and clean!

Warm wash/cold rinse. Normal luandry soap and pre-treat the red clay and stuborn stains with castrol super clean. Hang in the shower to dry.

If either of you want to get rid of the Bowflex, PM me. I'm sure I could put it to its intended use.;)

I actually use the bowflex, so its not for sale. I love that thing too much. I dunno about everywhere, but out Sports authority has one by Schwinn I think it is, used Bowflex rods and is exactly like the bowflex on the website thats 1300 before shipping. The one made for Sports Authority is only $800.

I would NOT recommend the Crossbow. The mounting of the pulleys makes some of the exercises VERY difficult to use the proper form even with incredibly small amounts of resistance.

Aaaa another fan of super clean!!! if mine are really bad i pressure wash them first...then spray them down with super clean and use a hard bristle tire brush and scrub them...pressure wash again...and then for finals i through them in the washer warm/cold cycle (i use ALL) detergant and then hang dry...my core 3's are about 3 seasons old now and still look great. good luck

I stick mine in a bucket of water with some regular dish soap and let it soak for about 2-3 days then throw them through the washer. Works great!
