i just got rid of my elka fronts to try something else out. i went with tcs scs compression adjustable (same as the elkas). i ordered through c and d. i rode these elka's for 2 seasons so i will be able to tell if the tcs's are better or worse. i was wondering what the wait is right now on these shocks. they told me 2 to 4 weeks but i was hoping someone might have got these shocks lately and they could tell me how long it took. i ordered them monday. i sold my shocks to a buddie that let me borrow his works shocks (valved for correct weight) until i get mine, and all i can say about those things are JUNK. the elkas are by far better than works.

I also ordered my TCS shocks via C&D. I was told a 4 week wait and that is what it was.

I am happy with my shocks.

It was 5 days on my rear rebuild (excluding the shipping back to my house) and a hair over 2 weeks on my fronts.
