ok right now I have a polaris trail boss 250 , I am looking for a cheaper sport atv that I wont grow out of , do you guys think I should get a 400ex , I am 13 , 5 foot 5 in , and about 120lbs , do you think I whould fit one good???whats the first year the 400ex came out?? And do you think I can find a used 400ex for around 3000????????

They came out in 99 and I am sure that if you go to the 4 sale section you should find one I believe Guy400 has his for 3100.

Mine just sold on Sunday but yes, you can find a nice one for around $3000.

Check out your local ads in your paper. I sold my 250ex through there for a good price. :D

I also bought my 416 for around 3K... ;)

You should be asking yourself if you can control an EX. I could control a Top Fuel dragster given I don't rev the thing to 9 grand and dump the clutch. We can't really say what you're capable of handling and what you're not. Honda says you need to be 16. I was 11 and about 70lbs. when we got our first LT250R and I never wrecked it. Of course, I was more afraid of my father beating me if he caught me riding like a moron than I was of actually dumping the quad so I rode it responsibly.

I know I am responsable enough but I dont know if I will be tall enough , anyone here around my highth???
