the mods and upgrades are in my sig i put a new front sprocket on yesterday and a new chain. only thing that needs to be fixed is the rear brake isnt on the bike, it probably only needs to be rebuilt but i am not sure i never used it. make offers:D it is a very nice bike and fairly fast for a 250
