I have a 300ex with kenda MX's all around, I have a 14t sprket to make up for some of it

it still is pretty slow now on top end, it goes through the gears pretty quick, I was thinking to go down toa 37t sproket on the rear to...good idea??

but I want to put 22" razrs on my 300ex when I go trail riding...will the 300 run really ****ty with 14/37 gearing with 22" razrs??

It probly wont be set up good for tight woods riding.. i think it would be geared too tall for that. But i dont know for sure, never rode a 300ex.

Well when i had my 300 and raced mx I had 18in rears 19in front. I think I had the most perfect gear set up, 14-36. Even inb the woods it was great. I highly recomend renthal aluminum sprockets!

I have 22" razrs, twin air filter, 36 rear and 13 front with a full dmc alien exhaust and my quad runs like a champ in the trails( thats all i usually ride)

I agree 14/36 is best for the smaller tires.

Get a 2nd chain and front sproket for the woods.

12/36 with 22" tires works great in the tight woods with a stock motor.
