what did i do?

I was jsut cleanin off my computer of all its crap that i put on the poor thing for the last year and i was deleting lotsa files an must have deleted the wrong file because whenever i go on a site on the net the font it massive and i tried changing the front on interenet explorer an it never did chit all. an im lost now, anyone maybe be albe to tell me what i did an how to fix the damn thing.

Do you have a roll ball page thing that scrolls down in the middle. If so, press control and move it towards the front. If you dont, "View", "text Size", "medium"
