there is a racing forum for this

but that depends on where u wanna race

if u wanna race at a AMA track then u do need an AMA or ATVA card, if u wanna race at a fair race or somthing then u dont

Just depends on the track. It's still a good idea to get one cause they help the sport we all love.:)
