Hey, i was wondering if anybody could tell me a good weight for a lighter fly wheel for a R, and where could i find one? any help would be great.

If you ride woods I wouldn't reccommend it. A lightened flywheel can make the bike stall easier when you let off the gas.
We may start lightening them here at our shop also.

I don't know how much you want to spend, but many aftermarket ignition systems come with a lighter flywheel. You get the added benifit if the lighter flywheel, and the performance gains of the aftermarket ignition system and adjustable timing curves.
