seems the charleston west virginia area has a copy cat sniper:mad: 3 shot so far in that area....all at gas stations...2 head shots..one shot in the neck. be safe if yer in that area and keep an eye out:(

its the medias fault i think... they made everyone be in total fear last time and now other physcos are goin to do it for the fame and the fun of doin it in their sick minds...

The police are looking for a white male, heavy set and driving a black truck with gold trim. Apparently, it was seen leaving one of the gas stations right where someone was shot. This guy's no sniper if he's pulling into the gas station parking lot, shooting someone from 100ft. and then leaving.

So far the killings have been from a distance of 30-50 yards, not too far but far enough that you don't see the guy when you are at the gas station. I'm pretty sure everyone in my area has as high of a ratio of guns as anywhere else in this country but that is no help against someone who you can't even see. I gassed my motorcycle up an hour before at one of the gas stations where one of the killings happened Thursday night. :eek2:

No, I was riding in that area about 9:30pm Thursday night and stopped there for gas. Who knows, the sniper could have already been sitting there (the shooting happened around 10:35pm). All of the shootings have been within 15 minutes of my house :(

When our media decides to show all of this crap on TV, they also need to follow up and SHOW the punishment of these killers. I know this is a bit far in some peoples minds, but I think there needs to be some public display of punishment... so these a-holes see the outcome of their actions. Treat them like an animal... scare them away from wrong.

so us tax payers can fork out $35k-$40k a year to keep him alive... I dont think so.

I think a .45 or 9mm round would be much cheaper and affective.
