2001 400ex power bombheader e serice slip on kn power kit no air box lid 700 feet above sea level i need to know jet size and air scerw adjustment

A starting point...assuming 12 discs...

40 or 42 pilot, helps with starting.
Needle on 4th groove from top (optional)
Main 160, might be a little big but you can work down from there.
Save the mixture screw for fine tuning.
