300EX Choke removal? [Archive]

I took it off my 400 with the 42 pilot and I havnt needed the choke and wondered if it was the same on the 300.

I know its colder there than it is here in N.C. but i took mine out in nov. of last year and not needed it yet. I didnt even change the pilot

I would think it would be the same... go up 2-3 sizes for the pilot jet.

yeah just go up aabout 2 sizes on the pilot. if its harde to start. if not just leave it like it is
