View Full Version : Hatfield McCoy Trails - Ranger ALERT!!!

FYI: BEWARE!!! For those of you who are planning future trips to HMT, be sure to have a valid trail pass!!! Me, Motoman & Taco were riding the Waterways trail system this past weekend and for the first time ever, at least for me, we came across the Ranger and a DNR Officer out on the trail, albeit not to far in tho. They stopped us near another entrance to the trail system (not the actual trail head) & checked for valid passes & asked if we had alkehol, luckily we had valid passes & were dry. The ranger advised us, since we didn't park our vehicles at the trail head, to make a copy of our pass and place it on the dashboard of our vehicles. He made mention that there have been some problems of people accessing the trails w/o passes and that the rangers were going to start proactively policing the trails...... bummer.



PS Sure wish Motoman would quit breaking down or flipping his quad!!! :D :devil: :p

It was all Taco's fault!!!! I been ridin out there for 5 years and ain't never seen a ranger, DNR or any legal guy. Taco comes up for a ride and were BUSTED!!!!! LOL!!!!

:huh Wrong on all 3 counts Hehe my buddie put the diesel in the quads. I just handed him the nozzle:mad:
