1st gncc race im dead last on the whole shot cause I was skeered.
After the shock wore off it was just good ole trail riding to me.
Made my way to the front of the pack in my class. Im in 2nd place and 3 miles to finish line. Stinking motor blew a keyway and sheered right off.

LOL , This is true, keep trying i know you can pull it together and get a trophy by years end. I on the other hand won't see any trophies this year anyway.

On my first race i got dead last, i didn't know what i was doing. I thought i was on a casual trail ride. :blah:

First moto runnin second bout 2 pass the leader and came outta the whoops hard and hit my switch shut the bike off i got 4th in that had 2 go on 2 the LCQ...won that.....then placed 2nd in the moto.....and i had a stock 400 runnin with modded banshee's 400's and c-dales....the C-dale won....and he raced pro for 8 years....so second over all anit bad @ all.....

2002 wisp gncc on a sportsman 500 stock except for 27 in. tires i got 8 out of 16 after repairing a flat that took 3min. iwas running in 3rd or 4th not to far behind mike penland. stupid rocks lol. after the tire popped on the 1st lap i hit a rock and jammed my arm and could only turn with one arm and could push the throttle. pappy saw me and my dad beating his rim back straight. havent got to race again since. plan on going for round 2 soon as i get settled into a new bike

9th of 14th at hare scramble, didn't know what i was doing i would just follow people even though i was fast enough to pass them like tunnel vision plus on the first lap i got stuck between two trees and instead of remebering that i got stuck in the same place the 2nd lap to.

1/2 way threw the 1st moto my tether cam out around a corner(I was in 4th out of 8) and then my ground on my battery cam off, so that took me 1/2-1 lap to fix so I love that race. And the final moto I just plain old got killed. Tell the truth flyin#5:rolleyes: -darren

First GNCC: On an Lt 80 (yes they used to have youth classes) I won my class and the youth overall........Did i mention William Yokely was out there...LMAO

First Non-youth GNCC: 250 "B" class 3rd

First 250 "A" class GNCC: 3rd............15th overall

First "PRO" GNCC: 8th..............8th overall

My first race was at the Haspin acres harescamble and i got 4th of about 20 guys in the novice class on my 250ex. I finished the last lap with a sprained wrist too after i hit a tree.

My first race was this years millfield GNCC. I took a wrong turn at a bottleneck and missed the finishline checkpoint. So only 1 of my laps counted. I finished last of the people that actually finished the race.

I got crashed in the middle of the first lap in the first moto. Worked my way up and finished around 6th in that moto. Second moto I finished about 5th. I got 6th overall out of 13 on a sx style track.

my first race was at monterey on the midsouth harescrambles..i won the c 16-21 year class and got 14th overal

my first race i got owned in every way, dead last, almost lapped and when i was coming up on my last lap the flag guy was waving the checkers for the 1st place guy right behind me and i pulled off the track a lap early.

when u are just starting out dont worry to much on what place you finish, just finish the race and have fun

My first quad race was Charlotte TN in the Mid south winter series 2002, 250b, flipped 3 times in the first 3 miles, finished don't remember where, don't remember the second race but the third race was at Fordsville KY third overall behind Jeff. Best overall in a GNCC was 12th at the Penton this year.

Local MX race..

D class with about 15 racers... I finished a very surprising 2nd place..:D

first race first moto i picked the #1holeshot clothes pin andi didnt no were to go:ermm: dnf the first moto crashed back side off of a double ,

2nd moto wheelied off the line crashed into the holeshot but finshed 10th out of 15

I got 3rd out of 8 in a 1 1/2 hour hare scramble. I was on a warrior and got 3rd outta the holeshot...got up to second for about a lap then fell back to third and staid there.

My first REAL race(AMA sanctioned) will be October 18, 19th at Lincoln Trail Motorsports in Casey Illinois.
