I am going to be buying new tires for my 300EX, and I trail ride ride around a camp tram roads, cross creeks, mud, etc. I was wondering what the best tires would be for what I ride? I was thinking ITP XCT again or maybe the dirtdevils..Or maybe another tire would be better, give me your opinions on what you think is best for me.

I realy liked my razrs on my 300. The only thing I have to compare to is stock, so I can't say, Razrs are better than XCTs, XCRs, Or, for your type of riding. I don't want to say go ahead and get these tires, they're better than everything else. But, I liked mine.

yeah razr's are some good tires. i had some and after they got old i bought some fast trekkers off of my buddy and they hook up damn good too so you might wanna look into them

how about a good front tire for my 400ex. I need something that doesnt wear down fast though for cheap. ;)

Rear- Definately Razrs. As far as size I'd say the 22 inch variety would suit you well.

Front- That's a tough call. if you want a REAL long lasting tire that's cheap, and hooks up fairly well, look at Bandits.:macho

aight.......im wanting to get Razr's but i dont know wether i should get the 22x8-10 4 plys fronts, or 2x7-10 6 ply fronts?? and on a rear tire... should i go with a 22in tall, or a 20 inch tall?? Im wanting to maybe race GNCC, and do alot of trail riding-- riding through rocky creeks, some mud, tight trails, ect. Im leaning towards 22x8-10 front 4 ply razrs and 22x11-9 rear razrs. But i was also considering Kenda Knarly rear tires(22x11-9, or 20x11-9). i need a tuff tire that can handle abuse, and be able to last long because i sometimes ride on paved roads-try to do it the least i can. What do yall think???

i like 20" rear tires myself..i ride trails and never have a problem with em. 22's just are too big for me

20" rears have suited my application more than 22".

But, if you need that extra bit of clearance, then maybe you'll want to lean towards 22".

go razzers all the way around so they match and look good, also since you ride in creeks and are gonna race cc then go with 22 in rear and 23 up front, if you get rims soend the extra$ and get 190's there tougher and will take the abuse better

arent 23 fronts a little too big?? i was really leaning toward 22x8-10 front 4plys, and 22x11-9 rear- Razrs all the way around. I would like to get 190 Douglas wheels, but i havent bent up my stockers...yet. Right now i have bald stock front tires, and 22x12-9 Wooly Booger rear tires...I dont really like the Wooly Boogers too much even though they are a good wearing tire... But the razrs will have good bite, and be tuff to handle rocks, logs, sticks, mud, and be good for open fields and stuff??

your stock wheels will hold up much better than a .190 because of the rolled edge.

i race xc (along with the rest of team quadshop) we all run 20 inch rear holeshots and 22 or 23 inch front holeshots, i prefer the 22's.

i put holeshot xcts on my 300 and they are balls to the wall. They are definitly awsome tires! screw razrs and razr 2s. also id ahve to say get 6 ply if you can they will last longer than a 4 ply would

Every one says razors but not I. I love my tires. I got the GBC Mud Sharks. Now you probly read the name and think all mud. but they are more than that. They are great in the trails, soft sand, snow, and on basic gravel. I also have a freind who has them who rides the road alot and he burns them and they have lated him a long time. So i think Mud Sharks are the best back tire. About the front. Well i have to say every one around me. and when i say every one i mean it has the Titan Fast Tracker Fronts. They look real nice and they run even better.
