In your user CP there's a spot where you can change/add avatar. You have to resize the pic though.

Almost forgot it's under "edit Options" at the very bottom.

user cp, edit options, change avator, click the browse thing. your image must be 65x65pixles or smaller. if you need something resized just shoot me a pm.:)
