Pipe, filter, rejet and go w/ a 14T front sprocket (if you haven't already) will make a diff. Other than that you'll have to dig into the motor. :D
If you want more bottom end get a 12 tooth front sprocket it really helps. Other than that pipe, filter, JETTING, and a couple of raptor stickers:rolleyes:

how bought when one of the 440EX/400EX owners arent looking, you switch you 300EX stickers onto a 400 and the 400 on your 300, and now you have a 400EX or 440EX!

Ok Im 14 too I understand the tight budget. But all I need to know is how much have you got 1-2-3-4 hundred, how much? Do you want speed torque it depends what you want.
Not raptor stickers, he needs some yamaha breeze stickers on there. When these 440's and 400's beat him, they'll still be impressed that a breeze could keep up so well.

Hye I'm NOT 14 & understand your dilemma LMAO!!! I'm also on a tight budget for my quad(my poor husband works very hard to support my "habit") but I needed more power too, so I just am in the process of putting a new piston & rings for now, that'll help a little(bigger piston) should of did some porting but leaving it for now. But the sprocket definetly helps, go w/ a 14 tooth front like was said earlier, maybe some different tires (taller for top end) but unfortunetly IT ALL COSTS MONEY:blah: :blah:
Good luck w/ whatever you do though & remember have fun!!!
