Who has been to a GNC National?

I am just looking to find out what goes on at the nationals. I know practice is friday, but what goes on sat and sun? Like what classes race what days, ect. Thanks

Ive been to like 6 nationals (its my first year) but yah practice is on friday and saturday is a qualifing day for people that have big classes and sunday is also another racing day they take ur score from saturday and from sunday and come out with ur overall. on saturday and sunday mornings you get 1 practice unless u race like 2 different classes. nationals are really awesome you should try to go except theres only 2 more left this season

Nationals are sooooooooooooooooooo much fun.... but i dunno if i'll agree with ya when you say they are more fun then goin to a local race... b/c i think i just have as much fun at those as i do at locals... I really hope you go out and race or atleast watch b/c you'll have a really good time and met alot of new ppl :)

I think the lower class run saturday. So it times to move if you want race sunday with pros. Looks like I'm going to have to take 3 day of work that weekend.

how long are the pros motos? if i dont race southwhick were at least gonna go and watch, when do the pros race?

pros race at noon and 3and they race for 20 min... motos are usually 4 laps but i might be wrong on that

I put my time in a few months ago, for time off from work. I am taking firday and sat off from work. Thursday after work i'll head down there.

So do the lower class race sunday. I wish it was set up that way. Plus the nationals have age class were it a class base on you age instead of skill so it would diffrent class. I wish they did that on the local level. Like a collage boy, school boy so you could see how go you are compared to the high level riders.

you practice on friday, you qualify on saturday and if you make the main you race on sunday

you get a certain amount of time i think... i really dont pay much attention on friday but who is there already and tryin to find my friends... sorry

practices on friday are ran by class such as all the a class riders ride a all b ride b womens, aircooled and youth production ride together, the little kids ride together, and like the older like +30classes ride together. practices are normally like 4-5 laps but u can leave the practice anytime b4 that if u want to and you get 3 practices (most of the time)
