scratches in plactic

ok my boots are rubbin against my plastic and makin it look awful does anyone know anything that gets scratches out of plastic

i just sanded down all my fenders and went over them with a automotive clear coat..........seemed ot do the trick and makes them shiny:D

I use some plastic spray from armor all that works extremely well. or what you can do is use a torch, and heat the plastic just enough where the scratches dissapear, but it takes some time to get used to. You dont want to melt the plastic or leave burn marks in it.
