Ok I am looking at putting an engine kit into a 300ex and was wondering what everyone thought here was the more potent but practical one to go with. First would be a 352 stroker with ti valve springs, retainers and valves, and a new cam. Or a 385 big bore with new cam valves springs and retainers. I am doing agressive trail riding and possibly race next season if time and family matters allow me to. Which do you guys feel is more potent, what are the pros and cons of both kits. I work at a shop so it helps me out alot price and knowledge wise but was wondering if you all had any other input. thanks

gt thunder is making me a custom 350 bore only. also full race porting and HUGE camshaft. you should check into it.

if your going to race xc, try to stay below 350cc and you can run in the sport class with me

yeah profab 330 kits are pretty good...but if i was you i would call up FDO(for dirt only) and ask them what they reccomend and see how much it would run ya. they make some of the best engines man.
