Dirtbike Or Atv

HMMM... I'M JUST WONDERIN IF ANYONE ON HEAR WOULD CHOOSE A DIRTBIKE OVER AN ATV THIS MIGHT BE A WASTE OF THREAD BUT YA KNOW I'M JUST KINDA CURIOUS.:D

i like my quad better because im better on one but nothing is more fun than taking a bike out and learning how to do different things plus there incredibly low maintence if u rode one hard compared to riding a 250r or 400ex hard because they were made for it and you end up breaking everything except for the motors thats my expirience anyway, if you never rode either start with a bike u wont regret it, remember there are mor einjuries with bikes

I like the quad for ****s and giggles, snow riding, and wheelies, but I prefer the bike everywhere else. In the woods, racing, sand, powerlines, jumping...

If I had the money......I would buy a quad over a dirtbike any day....but seeing as i don't got all kinds of extra moulah laying round....I might be gettin a dirtbike:confused2 :ermm:

I have hit like 4 trees so far. im still not used to the wrist throttle. and i cant ride with girls on the back at the dunes. :(

Im selling it to buy the new 450. :macho

thats cuz u staarted on a quad, i can ride with someone on the back of a bike no prb but if u hit trees like that i wouldnt recomend riding with anyone on the back :eek:

And on a 125 its not possible... trust me. My POS kawasucky can barely move me around there. :rolleyes:

lmao....well the college i'd be goin to....i'm not gonna worry bout that cuz its community college....maybe bout 1000-2000 a yr...no worries, and my parents would pay for that....i think:confused2 lol
And i'll keep an eye out for a used 400ex or something, that'd be badass if i actually got one:devil:

I think i have maybe seen one person with two people on a dirtbike in the dunes. it was on a cr500.

On dirt my 125 is too fast (for me anyways, damn invisible trees)
but in the sand, it sucks. Not enough power at all.


And its okay blondie, i went to a community college last year. Im moving up this year. I dont know how im going to pay for it. i keep saying im going to work while at school but it never happens. :rolleyes:

Speaking of quick death, I almost saw one...

We were sand camping and near the sand lot. This dude pulls in, drinks 3 beers in less than 5 minutes and then puts this lady on his dirtbike. We overhear her saying "i never rode before" and then him saying "don't worry, i'll help ya" - the next thing you know, she riding through the air like superman, only thing touching the bike is one hand which is on the twist throttle.. crashed BAD, just missing a parked truck... then next thing you hear is the pitter patter of little kids feet (8 in all) running towards her screaming "MAMAMAMAMMMA MA MAAAA" .

Moral of the story?
