Whats happens now with the 450yfz or traxx450r

Now Thats the new Yamaha 450yfz is out and honda is coming out with 450r. Whats happen to the price of all the prepose built 426f and 450f. Do you think value of these bikes go down alot. I don't even want to know about what my 400ex is going to be worth.

deffinetly dropping...but that might be a good buy, because honda will detune the crf motor when they put it in the quad frame. Although, if it does have efi, i would forget about it.

yeah i dont think that the new honda will be everything it is said to be. like kabd69667 said, they will detune or tame the motor. i still think that he original yzf/crf motors will still dominate on the track. i am taking this opportunity(during low prices) to build a yzf426 by buying quads and using the best parts from them, then selling them. still, when honda puts a 7-8thousand$ price on it, then by time you dump another $5000 in it for a-arms, shocks, axle tires/wheels, ect... you are going to have as much in it as a built crf/yzf and the crf/yzf will still be faster. HONDA- dig back to the 1988 files and build us a real quad that will be ran/loved for over a decade. this is just what i think, but, i guess we'll have to wait and see
