Suzuki LT250 vs. Honda 250r

Stock vs. stock which one would be faster in a 100 yard drag. Im sure its probably the Honda. Also how are the LT250's as far as reliabilty, etc...

My brother is looking at buying a quad and is looking at 400ex's, 250R's, Lt250's, and banshees. I think the banshee is out of the question though, Im not huge on them. I dont know much about the older quads though, so is a LT250 a pretty good quad?

I wouldnt buy an lt250, I have seen to many problems with them. They break down quite a bit. I would take a banshee over an lt. Go for the R or the 400ex, depends on if ya want 4-stroke or 2-stroke. personally I would buy an R.

LTs are very fast. faster then an r but like said before they break A LOT. I would also stay away from r's bc you never know what has been done to them but if your willing to work on them and put some effort into them then go for one. I personally like 4 strokes and thats where everything is heading these days. I would say the 400ex.

yea, i would just get a 400ex, im alot more of a THumper fan, and i am with a ticker.

the LT would take the R easily in a drag, R would take the LT in MX simple as that, personally though i like the LT cause i love flat tracking and i have the need for speed, the handling isn't so bad, i mean after i get off my zilla and hop on the 250 it feels like a feather
