Santo,
What can you do with my TCS SSD dual-rate comp. adj. fronts? Can you chage them to triple-rate comp. adj., and revalve them to your specs? Will they perform much better?
Also, what can you do with my stock 400EX rear shock? Can you convert it to a ZPS type setup like the fronts?
I am looking for a ZPS like setup for my 400EX, and will have work done in a month or two. Please get back with me. Thanks.
sent you out my stock rear shock & my 2 new front works w/o rezzies today...I hope your turnaround time isnt too long...anyone here have any experience with his pro millenium kit?

Santo - talk more about the GPR. I've been reading alot about the Scott/GPR/WER style dampners lately and with the Scott's they say that the dampening only occurs when the bars are moving away from center, on the return to center there is NO dampening. To me this sounds awesome - almost like it would make it so the quad wants to always go straight. My big questions is - does the GPR also work this way? Have you ever tried the Scott's? Why did you like the GPR better?
Also - you mentioned that the dampening only last for so long when moving away from center, I've read about that feature - but on the GPR this is a fixed amount in degrees, but with the Scott's it's actually adjustable, so you can adjust how far from center the bars have to turn before the dampning stops. This again sounds like a big advantage to the Scott's. Have you ever found yourself wishing you could adjust this on your GPR?

No you will end up with a extended length problem on that. It will probably bolt up but it will not work right.
Sorry.

Santo....
What is your take on the using of 450R front stock shocks on a 400ex?

I have a few customers that have done that and they have liked it pretty well. It can be done no problem.

Is there any difference in the upper a-arm when you go from ST to LT (if I am staying with the same manufacturer)?

It is hard to say, that is something that you will need to call and ask the manufacture. Sorry that i couldn't help you there. What a-arms are they?

They are ST +3 Burgard A-arms, I might be trading a guy shocks (ST for LT) so I want to find out what all is involved before I do it.

No Problem on the bars.
On the shocks if you get our Pro Milennium valve kit with the ZPS mod then you are going to be able to tell a big difference. On the rear if the raptor shock feels about right now then when you add the longer swingarm it will be too soft.
