Quadman22- You think southwick is fun? Try jolly roger its much better than southwick, nice and smooth. But any way great job .

Sick0- All i got to say is DAMN you have bad luck, i saw you flip in and LCQ in the first turn. But you are still alot luckier than the guys that had a horrible crash in Open A.

NtpRacing#19-Yeah the track was great (not muddy for racing). Brutal as hell by end of day.

Redrizza- Great job holding your 1st place standing in 4 stroke A. I can't wait to watch the video of you that knight440 has. I like watching peole i know but its hard for that race because your after me. I did get to watch you in the open class.

Great track conditions today. Our YZF426 had a overheating problem again. So we didn't race it. Ran the Cannondale in pro-am 4 stroke, my son took a 6th and 4th. Not a bad finish considering he was dead last in the first hole shot and then the o-ring on the fuel line decided to shrink and allowed air to be sucked in the fuel line :( We got that fixed but it was to late to run pro class soo we skipped it figuring we get it in the second moto. 2nd moto pro-am 4 stroke he was 6th in the hole shot and finished 4th. He was so beaten by the track he said skip the pro class again. The Cannondale was flawless in the 2nd moto. Those guys in that pro class are awsome, they ran 15 minutes plus two laps, So I think they ran like 12 laps or so.

See everyone there next month for the National :D

Dawzie i got a few pics of carl in his second moto, not very good but they are of him. I can email them to you, if you want. Atleast you came to see what you had ahead of you for the nationals. Now you know what you have to practice for. Yeah Joe in the pro classes if fast as He!!. He should do pretty descent at the southwick national with all those laps under his belt.

Yeah, I got 1st in 4stroke A and 3rd in Open A. The motor was pretty good, pretty much equivilant to mine. Very underpowered though like usual at the beginning of the day with that wet sand. By the end of the day things were hardening enough that HP wasn't as big a bennefit, so I was keepin up a little better. :p How'd u do?

OK, there were 3 guys involved in the crash, 270 on Cannondale, the guy on the KFX, and Bill Burt on the 400ex (#7). We went to pickup my buddy Bill at the hospital, he and EMT thought for sure his ankle was broken, but after some x-rays they found no fractures, so he just sprained it. His ankle is the size of a softball (no joke) and getting real black and blue come time to stop and get some dinner on the way home. When I was at the hospital I asked about the other two and I guess there was still no known info on them, I guess they were both in catscan at the time I asked.

josh #270 fractured 3 of his vertebre and hopefully will be returning home today, one of his kidneys might be brused also

heres what happened

josh was in 2nd and cleared the tabletop but was going so fast that he endoed hard and the quad flipped...everyone else got hurt trying to run around him. He got hit atleast twice cause i could see him get tossed/flipped around

i'm glad everyone else seems ok

Muff- Good pass on the out side in open class. I was happy to get around that pain in the as kid with raptor. I couldn't find any good lines with out being to risky. think if I didn't have to deal with him I would have been able to atleast made it into the top 8. I think he was slowing us both down. And #55 in the air-cooled class got his engine torn down after the main but he was legal. He is running a LSR 250R frame with a blaster motor. You got the hole shot twice in a row. to bad you could hold on to it.

I would run C but they set them up too close to my races.

300exhiller-If i were you I'd try open C before i went to 4 stroke B. When my friend ran his blaster last year he did open c a few times, along with his air cooled class.

The only down side I see you racing 4stroke b is you can move down if that class is fast than you thought it would, And I know are think about getting a bigger quad in the future, so you will be stuck in the high class. I know you down care to much about the 4stroke class and probly just want a little more track time. But besides that I don't see why you souldn't. You are pretty fast on 300. You don't have much to lose if you do race that class, I would give it a try. And just think, after racing the amuture class air will seam slow.

Hey thanks I just looked at the race lineup and open C is a better fit in the day for me, it's alot further away than 440 B. But doesn't open C have Quals? That could interfare with the aircooled. Plus I don't want to run over sick0 when he wrecks:D

The only probly with open class is you will have a ***** getting a good start. with banshee and raptors and the newer open class quad. also jolly roder the bigger hp quads have a lot bigger advantage than at southwick wheres its more about suspension and technique were your skill you beat the bigger quads. It might be to frustrating. But I would think you would have more time to rest and time between heats if you race open.

Open C usually does have qual. But i don't see how what would bother your air cooled class because open races when it usually does. They just split it into group a and b for qual. For the Main it would be when it usually is.

I got Wheel bearings, brake pads, and a teather coming from the Quadshop :blah:

I guess I have to fill out that Entry Form for JR ? Can you do it over the web or does it have to be mailed in?

What class should I run (Never raced before)

Knight440 knows how I ride ...more or less ;)

Thoughts?

Probly 4stroke C. And maybe open C if you want to race another class.

I don't care what place I come in. I just enjoy riding at jollys so I think I'm going to run open C.

Quadman22-Glad to hear your going. You will love it. Unless you don't like to hit jumps. LOL

RIjon- You can fill out a pre entry form and mail it in. I don't know what you have a link of in the last post, i wouldn't work for me. You can fill everything out the day of the race at 7 am at the sign up building. I have never pre entered, I have always done so the day of the race. Email the NEATV-MX to make sure that they will be there early to sign you up for a membership. You don't need AMA for JOLLY ROGER. I hope i helped you a little bit.
