250x valve settings

what setting? is it the same as 300ex? bike has aftermarket cam "what kind you ask" i don't know, sparks built this motor several years ago, the owner never adjusted the valves

check the owners manual or there should be a sticker on the side of the bike that has it on it.

.004" exhaust and intake for a stock 300ex. I don't think the cam would change anything since it only controls when they open and close. The purpose of adjusting the valves is to allow for expansion due to heat.

some cams require different settings than stock cams "valve settings", was thinking someone out there might have a built 250x, thanks
