Hello fellow exriders, i have a dilemma. Two races ago i lost one my trusty thor racing gloves. I was lucky to have a back up pair of O'neal. I knew the Oneal werent as good for protection on the track from blisters and tearin my hands up. So i wore the Thor I still had and the other an Oneal. I came off the track with a huge blister on the hand I wore the Oneal on. So, what i am really getting at is what is the best pair of MX gloves??? Price is almost not an issue. I saw Bob's Supply had a sweet pair of No Fear gloves for 35 bucks....... What do you guys use? I think gloves are one of the most important piece of apparel when racing!!!

Thanks you guys!

I agree, my hands always hurt and have blisters but I had a pair of Thor gloves that lasted over 2 years.

I've tried a lot..they all suck. The blisters on the hands sucks, but how many have had a big blister on your thumb from the throttle? THAT BLOWS!!! I do a lot of work with my hands and have built up some pretty thick caluses, bout 9 on each hand, and I still get blisters...

I wear MSR gloves, never had a blister.... They are real nice and not very expensive... But nothing lasts forever anymore....

I got some No Fear gloves... I never get blisters except when I ride a long time in the rain. I am due for a new pair cause these are gettin un-comforatble now.. All nasty on the inside. I forget what they are called... Try out some No Fears.

I wear thor's. They hold up well, better than my old fox gloves that fell apart after a year.

I know what you are talking about with the blisters!!! OUCH! I have some pretty good caluses built up also and i still get blisters ON the calsused area!! I might try going with some Mechanix gloves, one of the guys I race with uses them and likes them! I'll just have to see what kind of deal I will run into...:eek2:

I've been pretty happy with my Answer gloves, but I am about due for new ones, these have lasted over 1.5 years and I have wussy hands (work inside on a computer) and have never gotten a blister, not even racing.

I agree with everyone that said THEY ALL SUCK. Never been satisfied with quality of any MX glove. Except back in the day AXO used to make good gloves, they had those big rubber backs on them for protection, well I don't really care too much for the protection, but the materials they used held up real well on the palm... they don't make em like that anymore though. :(

Fox Pawtectors by far...you only get blister's with single layer paded gloves i find, with the double layer paded gloves you dont get blister's...all you get are calisus'...i have had my fox gloves for two years now and they still look like show room condition!
