Help quick carb drain screw

Ok i put a new jet in my carb and then it starts leaking fuel a nd the drain line is leeking and its tightened all the way up and i un screw it and then tighten it back up it stops for a few seconds and then starts doing it againwhat is the problem?

Make sure the o-ring is still in place on the drain plug.
If it's leaking through the over flow tube there might be a float problem.
