buy a boss kick crank.. for $28 get a 2" aluminum shaft w/ about a 10mm ID .. abd tig eld the new part to your your old kicker.and your new kick boss goes on your engine and now you need a bout a 2.5 inch longer bolt to bolt the kicker back on
