chain and sprokets

i put a 13 tooth front and a 36 tooth rear on my 250x. I bought a did x-ring chain. Now my chain is either gonna be too short or too long. Like a half of a link. I tried adjustments, but i am still needing to use a half link. does anybody know if they make them for this chain? Or has anybody used this combination of sprokets and know how many links they used?

where did you get a 36 tooth? other then that.. idk what to say

its a sunstar sproket..i bought it at my local dealer

I had the same problem when I tried to put a 36 tooth rear sprocket on, so i put a 14 tooth on the front and a 36 on the rear. It solved all my problems. I have 20" rear tires though, If you have 22's i would suggest that you sell the 36 tooth and just put a 14 on the front with a 38 on the back.
