ice racing

me and a couple friends are gonna try ice racing this winter and we were wondering how we should set up the bikes besides the obvious things like studed tires and such has anyone ever ice raced before any tips or suggestion or what its like

my experiance- I've been ice dragging for 2 year now.the best traction is put about 15-25 snowmobile track studs in old tires and then put a tube in them. for the front just put little screws in the rubber(not threw) and suck the shocks all the way down( i just used toe straps

i also use snowmobile studs but i put carpet between the stud and tire to hold the stud it makes it a little stronger
